Serving the area since 2015
Our Jacksonville team
Jacksonville, Florida — Jacksonville and surrounding counties.
Every office runs on the same model: structure and support that supplement your business, so you keep running it with your own flair — with great customer service and referrals doing the growth.
Our Jacksonville team is where it all started. In March 2021 the team transitioned from market-based pricing to Flex — now Zillow Preferred — putting a clearer, more competitive offer in front of the clients we serve.
Agents on the Jacksonville team cover Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties — from the beaches to the growing suburbs south and west of the city.
With an intimate grasp of both the real estate landscape and the distinctive characteristics of North Florida, we stand as your trusted advisors through every phase of buying or selling.
In August 2026 Zillow converted the Jacksonville area from a mix of market-based pricing and Preferred to being 100% Preferred.
