We're a Zillow-affiliated real estate team, partnering with Zillow since 2015, built for agents who want a model behind their business rather than a manager over it. You keep your clients, your routine, and your own flair — we carry the structure and support around it.
The team works out of three offices — Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and Cape Coral, each with their own surrounding counties — and this hub is the home base for everyone on it: new agents finding their footing, veterans staying sharp, and admins keeping things running.

We started partnering with Zillow
Our team began partnering with Zillow — the platform that still anchors how our agents reach clients today.
- March 2021
Jacksonville moves to Flex
Our Jacksonville team transitioned from market-based pricing to Flex, putting a clearer, more competitive offer in front of the clients we serve.
- December 2024
South Florida team launched
We started our South Florida team, bringing the same model to Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding counties.
- October 2025
Flex becomes Zillow Preferred
Flex changed to Zillow Preferred — the program our teams work under today, and the name clients see.
- May 2026
Southwest Florida team launched
We started our Southwest Florida team, extending our coverage to Cape Coral and the surrounding counties.
- August 2026
Jacksonville goes 100% Preferred
Zillow converted the Jacksonville area from a mix of market-based pricing and Preferred to being 100% Preferred.
